No. AnimaVet works in your phone’s web browser, so there’s nothing to download from an app store.

Is there a monthly or fixed fee?

No. AnimaVet works like pizza delivery: no order, no charge. There are no subscriptions or monthly fees for owners or clinics, just a small fee for each consult.

How do I sign in?

Enter your phone number. Your account is created automatically—no password or email is needed.

Can I send videos and voice notes?

Yes. When you book a virtual consult, you can attach up to 3 photos, 1 video and 1 voice note to help your vet understand what’s happening. After that, you can keep talking with your vet on WhatsApp.

Can I still talk to my vet on WhatsApp?

Yes. From any consultation you can open WhatsApp in one tap, with suggested messages to get started, and your vet can set up a follow-up by WhatsApp video, Google Meet or phone.

How does a clinic get started?
